You can pay for your treatment or training in cash or with TWINT on site.

Cancellations

Please let me know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend. Appointments that are not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance will unfortunately have to be charged.

Health insurance recognition

I am recognised by health insurance companies for classical massage, manual lymphatic drainage, foot reflexology massage and therapeutic massage by the ErfahrungsMedizinischen Register (EMR).

If you have supplementary insurance for alternative and complementary medicine, there is a good chance that your health insurance will cover the treatment costs. This is usually possible without a doctor’s prescription.

Before your first treatment, check with your health insurance provider to find out whether and to what extent the desired treatment method is covered by your supplementary insurance and whether the treating therapist is recognised by your health insurance provider. Each health insurance provider only reimburses treatments in accordance with its list of services.

At the end of each month, you will receive a receipt for reimbursement for your health insurance provider.
